游戏情境中对话式师生交往关系的构建

Construction of a Dialogue-like Teacher-student Relationship in Play Situations

Harmonious relation ship between teachers and students is the cornerstone of the realization of educational function.In the new era of our social transformation,traditional teacher-student relationship fails to adapt to the new social conditions.So we need to construct a new type of teacher-student relationship,in which teachers and students are encouraged to join in the educational activities with a spirit of play.As equal subjects,teachers and students communicate and exchange in the relationship of "you and I",and interact effectively through dialogues on the basis of mutual understanding.As a general guiding principle,the construction of this type of dialogue relations between teachers and students will contribute to the overall improvement and healthy development of the teacher-student relationship.
