游戏情境中对话式师生交往关系的构建

摘    要:和谐融洽的师生关系是教育功能实现的基石。当前,传统的师生关系已经不能适应新的教育形势需求,因此,需要构建一种新型师生关系。这种师生关系,倡导师生以一种游戏精神投入到教育活动中,双方作为平等的主体,在"我—你"关系中进行沟通和交流,在相互理解的基础上,通过对话进行有效交往。作为一般的指导原则,这种对话式师生交往关系的构建,必定会促进师生关系的整体改善和良性发展。

Abstract:Harmonious relation ship between teachers and students is the cornerstone of the realization of educational function.In the new era of our social transformation,traditional teacher-student relationship fails to adapt to the new social conditions.So we need to construct a new type of teacher-student relationship,in which teachers and students are encouraged to join in the educational activities with a spirit of play.As equal subjects,teachers and students communicate and exchange in the relationship of "you and I",and interact effectively through dialogues on the basis of mutual understanding.As a general guiding principle,the construction of this type of dialogue relations between teachers and students will contribute to the overall improvement and healthy development of the teacher-student relationship.
