| 摘 要： | 合理的地方财政支出结构可以推动地方的经济发展及社会的和谐与进步。根据我国经济发展的阶段特点、政策走向和财政体制,深入分析河南省财政支出结构在行政管理、科教文卫、社会保障、环境保护、新农村建设等方面支出上存在的问题,并指出调整的依据和重点,对河南省财政支出结构的优化具有积极的指导意义。 |

| Abstract: | The reasonable local financial expenditure structure can further promote the economic and social harmony and progress of a certain region.Based on the different features,policy orientation,and financial system in the different stages of our national economic development,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problem such as the administrative management,science,education,culture and hygiene,social security,environmental protection and new country construction,and it also points out the adjustment focus and thus it is very instructive to the improvement of Henan financial expenditure structure. |
