中美高等教育经费来源的变化分析及其启示

高等教育的经费投入不足是制约高等教育发展的“瓶颈”。在了解美国高等教育经费多渠道的筹措体制和探究、借鉴其成功经验的基础上,分析中国高等教育经费来源的特点和发展变化,对进一步完善我国高等教育投资体制,广辟高校办学经费来源渠道,解决我国高等教育经费短缺问题,具有积极的启示作用。

Analysis on the Changes of the Source of the Higher Education Funds both in China and America

Insufficient investment poses the bottle-neck to the further development of higher education. Based on a deep knowledge of the multi -channel funding -raising mechanism in American Higher Education and a reference to the successful experiences from the American model, this thesis is to analyze the features and changes of the sources of the Higher Education funds in China with an aim to lay a great positive influence on the way to perfect the funding mechanism of Higher Education in China and broaden widely the sources of funds so as to solve the problems caused by the lack of funds in Higher Education.
