人际关系管理视阈下的同情言语行为

摘    要:依据Spencer-Oatey(2005)的人际关系管理理论框架,在实证研究的基础上对汉语中同情言语行为进行了调查分析;调查设计考虑到了对话双方社会权势和社会距离的差异。结果表明,汉语使用者在表达同情时强调对交际权或关联原则的遵守,通过对听话人表示关联、同感、尊重等方式来满足交际的行为期望,维护双方的身份面子和素质面子,从而达到提升和谐人际关系的目的。

Abstract:Using Spencer-Oatey's rapport management approach(2005),this paper conducts an empirical study on the speech act of sympathy by Chinese native speakers in certain situations,exhibiting the difference of social power and social distance between participants.Results show that participants observe the right of communication and relevance principle when they are expressing sympathy,and satisfy their behavioral expectations by sharing the feelings of involvement,sympathy and respect with the other side.They also respect the interlocutor's identity and quality,which can enhance good interaction between them.
