大学生非正规就业“强”弱势群体研究

大学生非正规就业“强”弱势群体是个特殊的群体,其“强”是相对于农民工等弱势群体而言,其“弱”是相对于正规就业的就业精英而言,主要体现在缺乏法律保护、户口受限制、缺少社会保障、工作不稳定等方面。其产生的原因与教育政策、国有机构改革、中国经济增长模式和自身能力等有关。政府应从制定和完善非正规就业法规,进行户籍制度、社会保障制度、教育制度改革和提高大学生自身能力等方面加以解决。

Research on non-regular employment "strong" weak group

The 'strong' weak group of non-regular employment in university students is a special group,its 'strong'is the meaning opposite to the weak group such as farmer laborers;its 'weak' is the meaning opposite to the employed elite of regular employment,mainly showed by the aspects such as lacking law protection,being subjected to the restrict of household registration.The reason of the appearance of this special group is related to the education policies,the reform of state-owned departments,the inconformity between the mode of economy growth,etc.To solve this problem,the government should establish and refine non-regular employment laws,carry out the reform of household registration system,social security system and education system besides raising the university students' self-ability.
