| 摘 要： | 大学生村官计划的实施,为基层组织注入了新鲜血液,同时也为夯实团的农村基层组织和活跃农村团工作带来了机遇。以灌南县大学生村官团建为例,研究当前大学生村官对基层团建的作用,探索和完善新形势下大学生村官开展团建工作新模式、新手段、新载体,更好地推动共青团工作上一个新台阶。

| Abstract: | The college-graduate village official is a brand-new youth group that adovates the grassroots construction of CYL while bringing new challenges.The League construction accomplished by college-graduate village officials in Guannan County were studied;the new mode,method and media for Youth League construction were explored and perfected. |
