| 摘 要： | 分析了当前少先队思想政治教育存在的问题,主要有认识存在偏颇、内容比较滞后、教育方法单一化、评价标准片面化等。提出了少先队工作者应当正确认识少先队思想政治教育功能在小学教育中的定位,提高自身素质,改革少先队思想政治教育内容,强化小学思想政治教育的评估体系。 |

| Abstract: | The problems are mainly the educators＇ recognition being biased,teaching materials backward,teaching methods simplified,and evaluation criteria one-sided.So it is suggested to make right position of Young Pioneers＇ ideological and political education,improve the teachers＇ quality,reform the educational content and strengthen the assessment. |
