| 摘 要： | 近几年来,青少年犯罪已成为全球关注的一个社会问题。在全部犯罪人员中,青少年犯罪的比例不仅最高,而且呈现出低龄化、团伙化、暴力化等特征。这里从分析青少年犯罪特点入手,就青少年犯罪的原因进行了透彻剖解,并针对问题提出了相应的防治对策。

| Abstract: | Juvenile delinquency has aroused increasing concern all over the world.Juvenile compromises the highest percentage of all the criminals.In China,juvenile crime is characterized by younger age,gangs,and violence.Since it do great harm to the country＇s security and stability,juvenile crime has become a problem to be solved without any delay. |
