| 摘 要： | 公安工作要实现长远发展、科学发展,必须进一步重视和加强青年民警队伍管理。分析了当前青年民警队伍的特点,探讨了青年民警队伍中值得关注的问题,提出以加强思想阵地建设感召青年,以公道正派待才引领青年,以加快岗位成长平台建设锻炼青年,以完善落实从优待警机制凝聚青年,不断建立健全科学、规范的公安青年民警队伍管理体系的相关对策。
