| 摘 要： | 把握城市步行街的文化脉络,打造得胜沙步行街的历史文化品牌,是海口城市文化历史沉积和持续发展的结果。如何摆正开发与保护的关系,如何使得胜沙步行街文化资源发挥优势,是深挖海口城市文化旅游资源,增强城市文化历史特征的重要环节,也是改善目前中小城市发展中“千城一面”现象的关键点。
