企业跨国经营中人力资源管理模式的选择研究

摘    要:近年来,我国企业不断向外发展形成跨国经营趋势加大。由于种种原因我国企业对外经营管理的经验有限,尤其是至关重要的人力资源管理经验,关于跨国企业的人力资源管理模式研究远远不及实际应用。本文借鉴国内外人力资源管理模式,同时重点分析了影响人力资源管理模式的因素,在这些基础上创新性的提出了根据我国企业实际情况的人力资源管理模式,选择了一系列的较符合我国跨国企业的人力资源管理模式。

Abstract:Recent years,our enterprises keep developing outward and the tendency of transnational management is arising.For a series of reasons,the transnational management experiences of our enterprises are limited,especially the human resources management experience,which is the most important.However,the researches of human resources management in transnational enterprises can not meet the requirement of practical application in our country.This paper references to foreign human resources management modes and selectively analysis the elements that affect the human resources management.In these bases,a human resources management mode which is based on our enterprises actual situation is proposed innovatively.A series of human resources management modes are selected which fit our transnational enterprises more.
