| 摘 要： | 邓小平对国际法学作出了巨大的贡献,主要表现在以下几个方面:关于和平共处五项原则的论述及其对现实工作的指导意义;关于国际经济秩序问题的论述及其对现实工作的指导意义;关于对外政策的论述及其对现实工作的指导意义;关于解决国际争端问题的论述及其对现实工作的指导意义;关于人权问题的论述及其对现实工作的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping made a great contribution to the science of international law, which is shown in the following aspects: his expounding of the five principles of peaceful coexistence and its guiding role; his expounding of international economic order and its guiding role; his expounding of foreign policy and its guiding role; his expounding of the settlement of international disputes and its guiding role; his expounding of human rights and its guiding role. |
