Study of Leadership Behavior Patterns under Project Circumstance

The project management is a complex system, and its core focuses on project leadership. The effective leadership is regarded as not only a significant prerequisite of project, but also the organizational guarantee to realize the strategies of the project. At first, the paper reveals the periodical rule of leadership behavior by analyzing the relationship between leadership patterns and the follower's maturity. Furthermore, the effects of organizational maturity and management risk on leadership levels are researched. At the same time, the paper demonstrates the strong restrictions of the project life cycle phases to the time scope of leadership, thus project activities and behavior levels are combined correspondingly. Finally, the appropriate strategies of leadership patterns and their improving methods are put forward too.
