| 摘 要： | 结合《韩国商法典》第682条有关保险人代位求偿权的规定以及相关的韩国法院的判决,对保险人支付部分保险赔偿金、不足额保险、保险人非保险责任范围内的给付、保险人现物给付以及再保险等情况下,保险人代位求偿权的行使范围进行深入论述。
