| 摘 要： | 辽宁农业的发展应以市场为导向,从以数量为中心转向以质量和效益为中心,通过调整农业的品种结构、产业结构和区域布局,提高农产品的质量,加快农业产业化进程,进而发挥辽宁农业的比较优势,提高市场竞争力,解决好增产与增收的问题。

| Abstract: | The 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China(the 16th NCCPC)has made a strategic plan to speed up the transformation of the northeastern region and other old industrial bases.It offered a favorable development opportunity for Liaoning Province.However,the raise of the Liaoning old industrial base depends on the development of the agriculture and the rural economy.At present,on the basis of the trend of the change in domestic and overseas,we should adjust the varietal structure,industrial structure and area distribution.It is crucial to the efforts to realize the development of agriculture and the growth of economy in Liaoning. |
