| 摘 要： | 步入21世纪，教育领域的国际竞争更加激烈，终身学习成为新的潮流。当前，我国正处于全面建设小康社会、全面实施素质教育和推进高等教育大众化的阶段，新的形势要求高考制度改革明确教育理念，调整测试内容和试卷结构，照顾身心障碍的学生，加大高校招生的自主权，完善社会监督机制。

| Abstract: | In the 21st century, competition in the field of education becomes fiercer, and lifelong education has become a new trend. China is now building a well-off society in an all-round way, implementing quality-oriented education and speeding up the popularization of higher education. This new situation makes it necessary to redefine our education philosophy, adjust the content and the structure of the college entrance exam, care for the students with physical or mental problems, expand the autonomy of higher institutions in enrollment and perfect the social supervision mechanism. |
