政府信息控制与政治稳定

Government Information Control and Political Stability

The information of government is an important social resource. The large amounts of information resources must be controlled moderately by government which it possesses. The excessive control on public information by the government will lead to the scarcity of information, inactive public political participation and political fragility. It's necessary for contemporary China to establish the system of government information publication in order to take control of government information, this is not only the request of the time, but also the necessary choice for accomplishing China’s social transformation and maintaining political stability.
