| 摘 要： | 在剖析美育内涵及其教育价值的基础上，结合大学生心理发展特点和大学英语教材内容，阐述了大学英语教学中美育渗透的必要性和可行性，并举例说明美育渗透的两种途径：显性渗透和隐性渗透。旨在通过教学过程中的美育渗透，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，以达到外在不具强迫，内在甘心情愿的教育效果；同时培养学生发现美、感悟美、欣赏美和创造美的能力。
