| 摘 要： | 以目前我国男性性权利没有纳入立法保护的范畴为切入点,从男性也可能成为性犯罪的犯罪对象的角度,通过分析我国现行立法上关于性犯罪对象的规定,揭示出我国对男性性权利保护的现状。论文还列举了国外的相关立法例,借鉴国外的立法经验,建议在我国现有关于性犯罪罪名的基础上,扩大犯罪对象的范围,将男子的性权力纳入法律保护的范围,从刑事立法上解决这一问题。

| Abstract: | From the point of penetration that at present,the sexual rights of female are not included in legislation protection,from the angle of male's might being the crime object,by analyzing on the regulations of current sexual crime object in our country,the article revealed the current situation of female sexual rights protection in our country.The article listed relative foreign legislations as well.Using foreign legislation experiences for reference,it was suggested that on the basis of present sexual crime imputations,the range of crime object should be enlarged,male sexual rights should be included in legal protection,so that the problem from the aspect of criminal legislation could be solved. |
