| 摘 要： | 非物质文化遗产是养育我们的一种生活丈化，它直接表达着民族的个性特征，还有各自的认同感、亲和力与凝聚力。因此，非物质文化遗产最能体现各个民族的本质，也最能体现人类文化的多样性。各民族行动起来保护非物质文化遗产，也就是保护人类文明的生态平衡，实现人类文化的健康发展。

| Abstract: | Intangible cultural heritage best manifests a nation＇s essence, cultural variety, unique ethnic characteristics, self-identification and affinity. All ethnic groups should strive for the protection of intangible cultural heritage with a viewing to maintaining ecological balance and realizing mankind＇s healthy and sustainable development. |
