| 摘 要： | 世界金融危机对全球金融体系及实体经济造成重创，航运业更是本轮危机的重灾区。运用SWOT的战略管理分析方法，针对中国航运企业现阶段所面临的内外部环境，提出影响航运企业战略选择的重要影响因素并进行定性分析，据以得出航运企业战略选择方案。
