| Abstract: | Cultural support is indispensable to the building of a clean government, and the culture of a clean government implies several connotations from keeping in pace with the times to being advanced with morality and political eolour. THerefore, it is necessary to comprehend its unique connotations, give full play to the functions that its cultural ecology, spiritual ground, value orientation and its cohesive force are supposed to perform,so as to promote the building of a harmonious socialist society. |
