FDI与高技术产业发展的实证分析

受经济全球化的影响，发达国家纷纷进行了产业升级和转移，将对外投资的重心放在了高技术产业，如将高技术产业中的加工、组装、研发等部门向我国转移。在知识经济时代，高技术产业的发展水平关系到一国综合国力和国际竞争力强弱。这意味着外商直接投资为我国发展高技术产业和经济实力的增强提供了良好的机遇，但高技术产业在引资过程中也存在很多问题，特别是内外资企业的技术差距对我国高技术产业的未来发展造成了障碍。为此，通过从3个方面对FDI技术外溢与高技术产业发展进行实证分析，提出引进FDI推动该产业优化的政策建议。

Empirical Analysis of FDI and High Technology Industry Development

With the influence of economic globalization, the developed countries has upgraded and transferred industry in droves, and focused on foreign investment in high technology industries,such as the processing, assembly, research and development departments of high technology industries has transferred to our country. In the knowledge economy era, the level of development of high technology industries related to a country＇s comprehensive national power and international competitiveness. It means that foreign direct investment provided a good opportunity for our country’ s high-tech industry development and the enhancement of economic power, but high technology industries had some problems in the process of FDI. Especially the within-foreign technology gap would influence the future development of China＇s high technology industries. Therefore, from three aspects to make the empirical analysis of FDI spillover and high technology industries, proposed the recommendations of how FDI policy promotes the industrial optimization.
