旅游景区地方公共产品性质分析

摘    要:我国旅游景区门票价格目前呈多元化格局。旅游景区并非纯公共产品且其产品性质是可变的,旅游景区具有地方公共产品特征。蒂布特构建的地方公共产品均衡模型启示我们:旅游景区的门票价格与需求及其供给关系密切,旅游景区的价值评价与供给激励分析框架可以作为其需求与供给分析的逻辑基础。

Abstract:In China ticket prices are diversified in scenic spots .It is generally accepted that scenic spots are not pure public goods and its nature can be alterable .Scenic spots have some characteristics of lo-cal public goods .The equilibrium model of local public goods created by Tiebout shows that the ticket prices of scenic spots are closely related with its demand and supply ,and the evaluation -incentive framework upon scenic spots can serve as the logic basis of demand -supply analysis .
