Plight and Breakthrough of Construction of Government Response Mechanism---Based on Online Public Opinion

The ever-changing information age promotes democratic governance ,but the deficient ex-pression system of the public policy hinders the progress .The government response system based on online public opinion as an important way to express public policy has gradually aroused the attention of executive branches .In the construction of Government response mechanism ,there are still some problems such as ：immaturity ,low efficiency and lack of transparency .It is time that modern govern-ments should review its mechanism and value and actively deal with the demand of expression of public opinion and political participation in the internet age and find an effective way to build government re-sponse mechanism .
