| 摘 要： | 农村公共产品的供给对我国农村经济发展和社会稳定有着重要意义。当前,我国农村公共产品表现出普遍的供 给不足。作者从公共产品的供给制度、供给主体——政府和乡镇财政入手,旨在对形成这一现象的原因进行探讨,并努力 寻找可解决的途径。

Recently, It's prevalent that the public goods in rural areas is short of supply. The author tries to analyze the causes of the phenomenon and to find ways to solve the problems in the light of finance of township and government, the main supplier of public goods. |
