四川丘陵地区实现农业适度规模化经营的探讨

四川丘陵地区农业生产面临的问题是农产品价格高、质量差、流通手段落后 ,而产生上述问题的本质原因是未形成规模化生产 ,而要加快规模化经营其对策有 :解决离乡人员离土问题 ;完善政策配套措施 ;加大科技扶贫力度 ;以市场为导向引导农民及融资支持。

Inquiry into the Implementation of Moderate-Scale Management for Agriculture in Sichuan Hilly Areas

Due to the small scale production, the agriculture in Sichuan hilly areas is confronted with such problems as the agricultural products being at high price with comparatively poor quality and the medium of circulation being backward. To accelerate the growth of scale management in those areas, this paper puts forward the following measures: solving the problem of the farm labour drain; perfecting the complementary policies; developing the poverty stricken areas by relying on science and technology; guiding the farmers with the market oriented policy and strengthening financing support.
