移民村庄的社会资本培育与金融互助社发展

以一个阶段性组合式移民村庄为例,分析移民村庄社会资本与金融互助社治理之间关系。研究发现,丰富的社区社会资本是金融互助社治理有效的社会基础。阶段性组合式移民村庄的社会资本处于不断的发育过程中,社区社会资本存量较低;社会资本的不足影响了村庄互惠网络的形态,形成了连通性较差的小世界网络;这种互惠网络使得金融互助社的间接互惠机制和直接互惠机制难以有效发挥作用,使得金融互助社陷入逾期不归还货款的治理困境。因此,移民村庄的金融互助社要实现有效治理,应注重社区社会资本的培育。

Social Capital Cultivation and Financial Cooperative Development in Immigrant Villages

This paper adopts case study method to analyze the relationship between social capital and governance of cooperative financial organization in a staged composite migrant village.It is found that rich social capital of community is the social basis for efficient governance of cooperative financial organization.The social capital of staged migrant villages is in the process of continuous developing and the stock of community social capital is low.The lack of social capital has affected the form of reciprocity network in the village and formed a small world network with poor connectivity.This reciprocity network makes indirect reciprocity and direct reciprocity mechanism of cooperative financial organization difficult to play an effective role,which makes cooperative financial organization fall into governance dilemma of overdue behavior.Therefore,in order to realize efficient governance,cooperative financial organization in an immigrant village should pay attention to cultivation of community social capital.
