小农户分为纯小农户、农业兼业户、非农兼业户和非农农户四种类型,乡村振兴视角下探索分化小农户的差异化发展路径尤为重要。混合型发展基于高度分化和异质化的小农户群体特征,分别采用转型之路、多元之路、特色之路和选择之路,统筹推进四类小农户实现分型发展,综合推进小农户嵌入现代农业发展轨道,引导小农户积极融入业态培育和产业培育当中,助力农业农村新旧动能实现平稳转换。

Study on the Hybrid Development Path for Differentiated Small Farmers

Small farmers can be divided into four types: pure small farmers,agricultural concurrent households,non agricultural concurrent households and non agricultural households.It is particularly important to explore the differentiated development paths of differentiated small farmers from the perspective of rural revitalization.The hybrid development,which is based on the analysis of the characteristics and functions of differentiated small farmers,aims at pushing forward the four types of small farmers to achieve coordinated development,and exploring the paths of transformation,pluralization,characterization and decision as the realization paths of the hybrid development of differentiated small farmers on the basis of overall deployment,classifying and advancing small farmers to embed the development track of modern agriculture,and guiding small farmers to actively integrate into the cultivation of business forms and industries,and helping to achieve a smooth transformation of new and old momentum in rural agriculture,and completing the major historical task of rural revitalization.
