摘    要:调查发现,大学生在"第二过渡期"普遍存在学习动力不足、补考率较高等现象,这是我国大学新生入学教育工作收尾太快、忽略"第二过渡期"养成教育所带来的"后遗症"。大学新生入学教育应做到空间、时间、内容、教育人员、教育效果的延续化,使入学教育工作"软着陆"。

Abstract:The survey results reveal that students in the "second transition period" often lack the motivation of learning and have a higher rate of exam failure.It results from the fact that the admission education for university freshmen ends too soon and ignores the education in cultivation during the "second transition period".To achieve the "soft landing" of freshmen education,efforts should be made to extend the space,time,content,educators and educational results of freshmen education.
