| 摘 要： | 在数字网络环境下,特色数据库建设是图书馆开展数字资源建设和读者服务工作的重要内容和基础。图书馆在利用馆藏特色资源、地方特色文化资源和网络信息资源进行特色数据库建设的过程中,必然要涉及版权作品的使用问题。按照现行版权法的规定,图书馆可采取合理使用、授权许可、法定许可和委托建设等多元化使用方式,来解决版权作品的使用问题。

| Abstract: | Characteristic database is the important content and infrastructure for a library to carry out the work of digital resources construction and readers service in the digital environment.It inevitably involves the use of copyright works when applying the library’s special collection resources,cultural resources with local characteristics and network information resources in the construction of characteristic database.According to the existing copyright law,the library can solve this problem by means of rational use,authorized license,statutory license and commissioned construction. |
