| 摘 要： | 研究生学术交流是研究生教育的重要形式,研究生思想政治教育是研究生教育的重要组成部分,以学术交流活动为抓手促进研究生思想政治教育可以增强教育效果。文章以合肥工业大学为例,指出要建立有效机制,融德育于培养中,通过学术引领将研究生思想政治教育工作由虚变实,达到双赢效果。

| Abstract: | Academic exchange is a vital form of graduate education.Since the ideological and political education is an important part of graduate education,the academic exchange activities should be stressed to enhance its educational effect.Taking Hefei University of Technology as an example,the necessity to establish an effective mechanism and involve moral education in training is pointed out in this paper.The graduate students’ ideological and political education will be more effective by academic instructions and a win-win effect can be achieved finally. |
