| 摘 要： | 针对提升大学生党员先进性教育存在的问题,将心理行为训练技术引入学生党员教育工作中,运用整群随机抽样的方法,选取96名某高校大三级学生党员,采用问卷调查、心理行为训练以及心理访谈相结合的手段,探讨心理行为训练对提升学生党员先进性的影响,探索建立高校学生党员先进性教育的新途径和新方法。研究结果表明,心理行为训练有助于提高大学生党员先进性意识,是高校学生党员教育的一种新的更为有效的形式。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems in promoting advanced nature of student party members in universities,a study was made of effect of psychological behavior training on and of new methods for the promotion of student party members＇ advanced nature.Questionnaire survey,psychological behavior training and psychological interview were conducted among 96 party members selected through random sampling from juniors of one university.Findings indicate that psychological behavior training is helpful in raising student party members＇ consciousness of advanced nature and is a new and more effective form for the education of student party members in universities. |
