| 摘 要： | 创新是社会、经济发展的动力,高等院校创新体系的建设在创新中具有重要的地位。高等院校是兵团知识传播和运用的重要基地,是为兵团培养创新人才、知识创新的摇篮,是兵团原始创新的中心平台,因此高等院校创新体系的建设将直接关系到兵团创新的成败。该文结合兵团实际,分析了兵团高等院校创新体系建设存在的问题和具有的有利条件,并在此基础上提出了高等院校建设创新体系的主要任务和措施。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the motive force of society,economic development.Higher learning institutions bear geat importance in the course of innovative system development. Higher learning institution of BINGTUAN is the important base to propagate and apply knowledge and the cradle of fostering innovative talents and knowledge improvement,and the original center of innovation in BINGTUAN. Innovative system is closely connected with success and failure of BINGTUAN innovation. This paper combining BINGTUAN reality has analysed the existing problem of innovation system construction and has proposed some major countermeasures about the problems mentioned above. |
