摘    要:我国新一轮基础教育课程改革大力倡导的探究式教学尚处于探索阶段,实施中还面临许多问题,解决教师能力结构 问题是当务之急。要顺利实施探究式教学,教师必须具备教育科研能力、问题设计能力、实践操作能力和把握探究过程的能 力。

Abstract:The Inquiry - Instruction Approach advocated by the new round of elementary educational curriculum reform in China is in its initial stage. There exist some problems in its implementation, among which the solution to the problem in teachers'capability structure is a top priority. In order to put this approach into practice smoothly, teachers must be equipped with a wide range of capabilities from educational research, question designing, practical operation, to handling the whole process of inquiry.
