论高校知识管理体系的构建

知识管理已经成为信息时代我国高校教育信息化迫切需要研究的课题。高校通过知识管理,建立有效的知识资源交流、共享与创新激励机制,实现高校知识资源的积累与增殖;通过知识管理,建立知识资源的转化、应用与运行激励机制,最大限度的实现知识价值。知识管理的核心与目标是为了实现知识的共享与创新,只有在知识充分共享的基础上,才能促使显性知识与隐性知识之间的转化与创新,从而形成一个良性发展的知识链,成为高校源源不断的知识资源。

On establishment of knowledge management system in universities

Knowledge management has become the urgent project of information construction of chinese universities in the information era.Universities will build effective resource exchange of knowledge ,excitation mechanism of communion and innovation,at the same time realize accumulation and multiplication of university knowledge resource through knowledge management.Also,the transformation,application and the running mechanism of knowledge resource is built,and the knowledge value is achieved at its maximum. The core and object of knowledge management is to realize the communion and innovation of knowledge.The transformation and innovation between the revealed and concealed knowledge can be made only on the basis of sufficient communion of knowledge.Furthermore, the well developing knowledge chain which become the successive knowledge resource of university can be formed.
