| Abstract: | Right of silence is one of the fruits got from the struggles against feudal arbitrary by human beings. Its establishment is a signal that marks the beginning of the steps from judicature to civilization. Right of silence is both scientific and rational. So it has the important and realistic significance to establish the right of silence system. |
