| 摘 要： | 以全国劳务输出大县之一的陕西省石泉县为例,对该县推行的农村留守儿童代理家长工作机制进行了评价,着重探讨了代理家长行为的法律性质,分析了代理家长制所面临的法律困局,最后提出应将代理家长制纳入法治化轨道,才能使其更好地发挥对于缓解农村留守儿童问题的作用。
