摘    要:本文分析了我国高校工资制度的现状和国外高校工资分配制度的特点及变化趋势,并结合我国高校的实际情况,提出了现行高校薪酬制度存在的问题及解决措施。

Abstract:This article analyzed the present situation of university wage system of China,as well as the characteristics and changing trend of foreign correspondence.Combined with the practical situation of Chinese universities,it pointed out the existing problems of current university salary system,and put forward the countermeasures.
