| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查、访谈等研究方法对北京市X区社区矫正女犯的基本情况和工作特点进行了研究，分析了女犯社区矫正工作面临的问题和困难等。建议在女犯的社区矫正工作中增强社会性别意识和视角，建立专门的谈话室，加强对女性矫正对象的分类帮扶和培训，吸收社会资源参与女犯社区矫正工作，充分发挥基层妇联在女犯社区矫正工作中的作用。

Analysis and Investigation of Community Service Among Female Criminals in X District of Beijing---From a Gender Perspective |

| Abstract: | This paper looks at the characteristics and situation of female criminals under Community Service in X District of Beijing. Methods used include questionnaires, interviews, and FDG (focus groups). Problems and difficulties faced in the process are also raised. Besides, it recommends strengthening gender awareness when implementing Community Service among female criminals, establishing specialized conversation rooms and providing classified assistance and training. Moreover, it is of great importance to properly utilize social resources. In addition, Women’s Federation at grass-roots level should be brought into full play during Community Service for female criminals. |
