| 摘 要： | 遗产旅游环境解说系统应具有管理功能。当前世界文化遗产丽江古城旅游环境解说系统管理功能尚存在诸多问题，中国其他世界遗产旅游目的地的情况也与丽江古城大致相似。要改变这种状况，必须在获得政府支持和提高公众意识的前提下，加大资金投入，对牌示系统、视听媒体、印刷宣传品、服务中心建设、导游员及其解说等软、硬件进行全面重构。
