| 摘 要： | 投资的动态结构效益是指由于投资结构变化而带来的效益，也即投资结构变化对经济增长的贡献。通过对20世纪90年代以来我国三次产业投资动态结构效益的考察，可以看出其动态结构效益总体上呈现出下降的趋势，特别是1998年以来下降较为明显，这和三次产业投资结构的变化有着直接的关系。我国三次产业投资结构的变化完全不符合经济的发展规律，第一产业和第二产业的投资比重超前下降，第三产业的投资比重超前上升。
