| Abstract: | It is necessary to establish scientific mechanism of appraisal in carrying out quality education. Presently, the appraisal by secondary and primary school teachers should shake off the influence and restraints of the traditional concepts of examination-oriented education, carry out the "developmental" transformation of the purpose of appraisal, and enhance the completeness and measurability of appraisal indexes as well as the objectiveness of appraising methods. |
