| 摘 要： | 流入中国的FDI弥补了我国资金短缺，在拉动经济增长、增加就业和税收，推动经济制度变迁，促进技术进步，实现贸易扩张等方面起到了积极作用。但是FDI也会带来消极影响，过分依赖FDI将会造成巨大的机会成本和效率损失．大量的FDI收益汇出很可能造成中国的国际收支危机。为此，应分析引进FDI存在的风险，并采取相关的风险防范措施。

| Abstract: | FDI as a very important part of investment from foreign countries.FDI helped China to solve investment shortage,promote technology,develop economy.But FDI has its disadvantages,it can lead Chinese economic to a crisis because China lose its dependence in development.If we are too dependent on FDI we will waste a lot of resources and afford more financial risks.Therefore,this article analyze the risks from FDI and give some advices to prevent these risks. |
