| 摘 要： | 积极开展对农村人力资源的开发与管理是全面实现农村小康社会、建设社会主义新农村以及推动农村经济社会发展的重要保证。当前，应充分认识到政府在农村人力资源管理中的欠缺，并优化政府在农村人力资源管理中的政策与法规制定、信息提供、服务、社会保障等职能，以促进农村人力资源开发和社会主义新农村建设的进程。

| Abstract: | The development and management of countryside human resources is an important guarantee for fully realizing countryside well-off society, constructing socialist new countryside and promoting countryside economy development. Cunrently, we should realize the shortcomings of govemment＇s management in countryside human resources and optimize those corresponding functions of government, in order to advance the procedures of countryside human resources exploration and socialist new countryside construction. |
