我国城市房屋征收补偿存在的缺陷与对策研究

随着国民经济持续高速发展和城市化脚步不断向前推进,城市建设中的房屋征收问题逐渐成为各方关注的焦点。在我国许多城市都出现了暴力强制征收的恶性事件,征收纠纷已成为一个日益严重的社会问题。对被征收人进行合理补偿可以在一定程度上缓和征收人与被征收人之间的矛盾。文章从我国城市房屋征收补偿存在的问题入手,对于完善我国城市房屋征收补偿制度提出了几点建议。

Defects and Countermeasures Research of the Urban House Acquisition Compensation

With the sustained and rapid development of the national economy and urbanization continuing to move forward, the housing levy in urban construction has gradually become the focus of attention in all aspects. Serious incidents of violence have emerged in many cities in China. The levy dispute has become an irtcreasingly serious social problem. Reasonable compensation for the expropriated can ease the contradiction between the levy and the person whose houses are to be expropriated. This article starts from the existing problems of Chinese urban housing levy compensation, and refers to other countries＇ experience in property expropriation compensation. It puts forward several suggestions for improving Chinese urban housing levy compensation system.
