| 摘 要： | 海南应当抓住建设国际旅游岛的契机,加强城市文化建设。海南城市文化建设中应当正确处理经济建设与文化建设的关系,实现经济和文化协调发展;应当正确处理传承本土文化与开放外来文化的关系,实现各类文化的相互包容、相互发展;应当正确处理经济文化与生态文化的关系,实现人与自然、社会、生态的和谐。具体思路和设想是：依托博鳌亚洲论坛平台,努力打造区域文化交流中心;深化文化体制改革,加强城市文化资源整合;注重文化传承与文化创新,铸造有特色的城市文化品牌。
