| 摘 要： | 丘浚的民族思想包括 :“内华外夷” ,其目的是为了强化民族心理和解决民族融合问题 ;“因俗制宜” ,根据少数民族的具体情况确立的管理原则 ,目的是消除族群矛盾 ;“兼爱华夷” ,从宇宙观的高度承认各民族的生存权利 ;“以守为本” ,建立在农业经济基础上的防御性的战略方针 ;“推诚与人” ,民族交往的基本原则。

| Abstract: | Qiu Jun's nationality thinking includes: strengthening the nationality mentalities to solve the problem of nationalization;governing minority nationalities with refernce to their habits and consideration of their respective conditions; treating the Han and the other minority nationalities equally and acknowledging each nationality's right of living from the point of universe view; setting up the strategic defensive policy on the basis of agricultural economy; being honest in the intercourse between different nationalities. |
