做大做强江西中心城市的策略思考

中心城市是指城市整体实力具有区域影响力的城市。中心城市对区域经济的发展起着至关重要的集聚和幅射作用。江西中心城市发展严重滞后 ,已成为制约全省经济社会发展的一大障碍。江西必须着力培育和壮大一大批具有特色的富有综合竞争力的中心城市。各级政府要将支持和培育中心城市发展作为我省城市化工作的主攻目标 ,并按照做优规划、做强产业、做大规模、做全功能、做美环境的总体思路 ,对中心城市给予重点支持 ,重点指导和重点服务
