完善社会保障制度 推进国有企业改革

我国社会保障制度的不完善已成为深化国企改革的桎梏 ,因此 ,加快社会保障体系建设 ,是顺利推进国有企业改革的重要条件。文章结合党的十五届四中全会精神 ,在研究分析我国社会保障中存在问题的基础上 ,提出了必须完善适应国企改革和发展的社会保障制度

Perfecting social safeguard system Pushing national enterprise reformation

The imperfection of social safeguard system in our country have already hindered the reformation of national enterprises.So,strengthening social safeguard syetem is the important factor,which will push national enterprise reformation.Combining spirts of the 4th meeting of 15th session,the article analyzed problems of our social safeguard system,and then put forward several ways of reforming and developing national enterprise,all of this will contribute to perfect social safeguard system.
